   I just had to edit my review on this product, as this steel kadhai is worth buying & anybody who has any doubts about the food sticking to the kadhai please be do not worry it isn’t as bad as it sounds..yes no doubt it’s not a non stick pan but it’s better to switch to steel than to use non stick in which the coating peels off & leaches into the food.

   Good Kadhai, No unsafe chemicals like non-stick, thicker bottom, with medium heat, can shallow fry as well without burning. Blindly go for it!

   Love Love Love!

   The kadhai is my favorite from the AURUM cookware collection. Recommend every young Indian women to opt for this one. You won’t regret it!

   I purchased this steel kadhai to replace my aluminium kadhai & was a bit sceptical as to if it would work like the aluminium kadhai. Surprisingly the steel kadhai is better than aluminium kadhai & super easy to clean as well. Keep it on medium flame & your food doesn’t stick to the pan. That’s the only thing to remember. I made ghee, chutney, veg curry, caramel popcorn etc. in it & it’s worked very well for me. The little bit of caramel & ghee particles that was stuck to the kadhai came off very easily while washing. It’s worth the price!!

   The kadhai is heavy, solid and sturdy. It delivers what it promises. Feels like will last a lifetime ! A must addition to your kitchen if you are looking for a switch from nonstick! Looking forward for Aurum to launch more products.
