Cleaning is easier than aluminium. I make a lot of curries in it. I use the same amount of oil I used in aluminium. Food sticks lesser than aluminium. Pan is heavy. It can heat up faster than aluminium heavy bottom pans in high flame. But heating is controllable and works like a charm in low and medium flames.
